at the risk of sounding heartless might i say that currently i have little sympathy for people who roll their land cruisers over, people who dont wear seatbelts, people who speed and knock pedestrians over....my personal view is that there ought to be a higher age limit for people to drive suv:s .(like 21 for eg.) giving a powerful 4500 cc engine to an 18 year old just ought to have fun is really not a good idea.
on the other hand my heart oozes for the poor pedestrians who are hit, victims of hit an run, industrial accidents etc
