It's a bit like "looking", or "noticing" the presence of the opposite sex... when you're in your mid 20's you're covering the range of 20 to 30 year olds, when in your 30's, you cover the range of 20 to 40 year olds, when you're in your 50's, you're still covering from 20 to... 50 year olds, funny that the range becomes wider and wider, and it is a lot of work... :)
