I have had my Volvo for a year and have found DOMASCO to be very helpful. I haven't had any problems during this time. I too have had to pay for my first service as I expected as is the norm for all manufacturers when purchasing a vehicle. The only time I have seen "Free Servicing" is when companies are promoting special offers on purchase of new vehicles.
