Well if by 'can' you mean legal: no - it is not legal. On the other hand you would be far from the only couple doing that and it's not like the government is going to come knocking on your door asking for a marriage license. But if you do it, I would recommend you don't tell anyone, if someone were to report it you could be fined and possibly deported.
