My daughter taught me so much about adults perceptions of eachother.
When she was about 6 years old she was telling about someone at the club we went to.
"The brown one" she said.
"Oh Rocky?" I said, Rocky was a West Indian lad.
"No the other one" she said.
"Rocky is the only brown one there I said.
"The one with the tattoo" she said.
The one with the tattoo was white but had a sun tan.
She described them both as brown, and they were.
She didn't differentiate between English and West Indian.
Anyway while you all fight...
