i am asst sales manager in happy journey travels in Qatar all u have to do first u get the booking pnr from ur family and then go to concern airline office in Qatar on which they are travelling and give them visa copies and booking reference to update visa details in the airline system else your family will face problem at airport on time of departure . and then let your family get a print out of visa details from the airline office in india for their reference to show at the airport at time of departure .
