Nowdays Labour dept is approving only 2 years visa for family. If your family visa is expiring, you will have to the same procedures what you have done before 2 years.

Following documents to be prepared
1. Application (labour) for visa
2.Salary certificate from the company
3. 6 months statement stamped by your bank
4. Labour contract (if expired pls renew it before the submission)
5. Passport and ID copy of yours and your family
6. Electricity bill
