I think i saw people in Costa Coffee (or was it starbucks) in Ramada signal use internet on their laptop once. Am not sure though.
However, in the corniche, in Al Bidda park, there is free wireless access. So maybe one day, you can go there and browse internet while being naturally cooled by the ocean.
