Hey don't worry about baldricks answers..he's a smartypants...hehehe anyway to answer your question, there's a gym for men (good rep) it's called Fatboys Gym and it's in the shopping strip in Izghawa (next to Gharafa) if you're coming from Gharafa and pass the stadium on your left after the next round about it will be on your right side right accross the other side from AlMeera supermarket.
