Yes, you need a return ticket as already mentioned. In addition go to the airline office & show them the visa & ask them to endorse an "Ok to board". Send a scanned copy of the Ok to board to your family. For Indians the airlines dont let the passenger board the flight unless an Ok to board is issued. Maybe the same for Phillipines
