to be healthy and get up early to go to the gym have been dashed. The driver who picks up my hub couldn't get his car out of it's parking space, cos someone had blocked him in. Took enough out of me just getting UP this morning.

Still sitting here in gym gear, but now on coffee and fags and completely OFF the idea of exercise now lol
