Very interesting I just made a call to Canada from this kind of place.They just gave me a codless phone and I dialed my home number in Toronto and I got connected right away.After talking 20 minutes the guy asked me to pay QR 9.00 the connection was great,but it is looks like a illegal deal bt who cares.I think there is way of doing this thing.If any one knows pls share this with all of us.
