the different is not in nationality ......... the different is why they accepting to work by this salary range.
the European people will not accepting what others accepting to work for.......
accept or not accept........
don't accepting something then u start looking for other people.
for example if i asked European person to work as (Projects manager) with salary of 10000 qr (he will not accept that). because he Don't jump to step 3 before step 1 & step 2
step 1 ( get a good Salary)
Step 2 (get the work)
step 3 (work hard) to get promotion and to be efficient
the other nationalities some of them will accept to work less than 8000 not even 10000 just to get the work..... .
they jump to step 2 ........
then they work very hard (they will do all the work in the company with the feeling
(i'm the only efficient person)
then they look to step 1 we need good salary.........
