refunds take 15 days to process. The actual way is the passenger brings the ticket for refund which, the agent puts the ticket for refund to the airline and that takes 15 days. if the agents gives you the refund immediately it is his goodself but mind you this is if it is cash tansaction. but if it is credit card then you have to wait for a month or so and this is beyond anybody control. And of course the refund is after the deduction of all the applicaple rules laid by the airline, less the refund charges of the agency.
It's not that simple.
