Let's just say that they're doing their F%^&$@g damnest to do what is right and to improve the service. Give them some leeway coz generally it's still a new company (they started sometime 4th quarter 2004). They are aware of the problems and they're trying to solve it one issue at a time.

I'm not taking their side or defending them as I for one had several bad personal experiences with the service as well. I agree with you guys, if only there is a proper channel where all complaints could be directed to. However, the only accessible number to call caters only to taxi/limousine bookings. No customer service/complaints department could be contacted. Don't worry, Girly. I already called some of the people in the call center about your complaints. They do send their apologies and promised to do something about it the best that they can.
