golds gym only at morning for ladies...ie. 7-12 thts it and not on Fridays...golds gym run only coz of its name...

the one mention b4 are only for ladies and daily....diet is sumthin which i can also guide u..like stop oil and fatty food...reduce the intake of sugar...increase the intake of fruits-veggies....replace beef & chicken with sea food...wht else..a dietitian will say u same thing but in more specific way...remember u will loose weight with ur own effort neither thru gym nor any dietitian
