There's no help to be had. I did the stupid thing of deleting my old one and trying to replace it, didn't work. Used the "Contact Us" link but no response.

I think this is a server issue linked to Drupal on which this site is built. Something went wrong when the people running the site restored a database file to a fresh install when they upgraded the site a couple of days ago.
