Could you imagine if they start doing this! The courts will be packed congested with people with traffic fines and such! Madness! You will never change it out here , never not unless you make evryone sit new driving tests and teach people how to drive!! Its a case of ignorance and stupidity out here why the driving is so poor! Madness cant see it happening myself!
