It's next to Qatar National Olympic Committee QNOC), if you are driving at Corniche twards Shearton, turn right at the R/A before Sheraton. Then take left at the next signal, after 100 m you will find the QNOC and the MOE building is next before QNOC on your Right hand side.
The MOE building has Arabic design, it's very unique in the towers area.
