I guess from the artists mentioned in the survey this means mainstream youth. Given the demographics in Qatar, you might be more successful aiming your concerts at 35-50-year-old western expats rather than the youth market.
They have disposable income and there's lots of them.
The Sean-Paul concert was a disaster, despite blanket publicity. Jazz singers, classical music, and old-duffer bands are going to be more popular than R&B or Hip-Hop. Try some middle-of-the-road artists who no one really thinks are that great, but you'd probably go and see if they were in town - Norah Jones, Katie Melua, Dido, etc.

Sorry. This sounds a bit too negative. I'm sure that there's tons of kids who want to go to see a mainstream artist. I just meant to say that there's probably an untapped opportunity in the older age range.
