i guess it would depend on what country you are talking about living in. Qatar, Dubai i would say no for sure! Yemen has the highest kidnapping rate, Iraq and Iran obviously. But out here in Qatar no way!!!!

Im wondering if you can even get kidnapping insurance??? i cant imagine you would! let me know thou i find that an interesting concept.
