So does QA rent out the whole building for their own employees, or do they place people in any building where an apartment might be available....what I mean is will my family be able to meet other QA families within the building?

initially they were not providing the accomodation, but now they are. I guess I should just go for it now!(Sill jittery though)

Any ideas about their grading system?
