I believe that there would most likely not be enough work in Doha to keep you in a full time job - the place is soo small for that type of thing and I think that, probably, advertisers etc.. will be looking for different faces all of the time - you know how it is!
Anyway.. I believe a possible contact in Qatar is Haytham Shehab (great photographer), last time I heard he was at stallion advertising... Qatar Vision may be worth contacting too for some tv ad work/music videos etc...
