hi...i think government and perhaps private hospitals do have their resident dieticians. i remember when i got this gestational diabetes last year, i was referred to a dietician (Dr. Soha, if i remember it right) at QP Clinic. She gave me a two-week diet to lower my blood sugar and in that span of time my blood sugar level had normalize and i even lost 1 pound. you may check at the hospitals here in Qatar
