Just get into the homepage of the joined group...

At the right side u will get a menu which looks like

* Create Story
* Invite friend
* 155 subscribers
* Manager: han19
* My subscription

Just click on MY SUBSCRIPTION and click unsubscribe from the next page... THATZ IT...
