That depends the nationality of maids,if they relevant experience, their rate will be high.but infact Philipino maids salary is higher as per their POE (embassy is very strong in rules and regulations) ie, Qrs.1400 per month, but other nationality u may get it from 600-1000. first time recruitment you have to pay the fees including visa, airfare around Qrs. 5,500/-
