Qatar is a terrible terrible terrible place for a single western girl. Really. I don´t know what the hell you are doing there, but if you want to meet Someone special don´t go out in Doha. Just don´t. Go to Dubai. Is just around the corner. Lots of "normal" singles there. Great night scene. Good proporcion of male-female. Men are not desperate like they are in doha. It´s like entering the normal world again.

So, just look for normal guys in a normal place.
