This is not what Aisha meant as she clarified that she was referring to the Lunar calendar. And even if she did mean that, it is still impossible for people in certain places on the Globe to stick to the Ramadan fast. I don't see how it balances out for people who have to fast for 28 days! They'll all (or most of them) die out at the first attempt!
