Miracles huh, you seen many of those with your own eyes, cause I haven't yet, but I have heard of a man who drives a chariot across the sky and his wheels are the sun. I've even heard that the whole world may or may not be on the back of a turtle. Myths are myths, they are fascinating, and they reveal a lot about our culture and our beliefs at the time, but in the end they are stories, that may or may not have a slight basis in truth.
Galeilo, Newton, Einstein have all made theories that could not be proved till centuries or decades later.
As for where the qoran came from, where did the Bible come from? Where did The Odyssey come from. Someone sat down and wrote it. It isn't rocket science.
Your entitled to your beliefs, in fact I think its wonderful that you can truly believe in something with so many obvious holes in it. But there isn't a thing you say that can't be countered with a purely reasonable argument.
Hence the main problem with religion.
Perhaps if people were taught to question their relgions and wonder if what they are reading or being told is truly the word or God or something perverted by human nature than there would be less innocent people dying by suicide bombings.
