Super... i dont understand your parallel between manslaughter and murder. Do you actually mean there is no intent when an army bombs civilian targets? Does having a government backed military machine absolve perpetrators of civilian casualties?

My post in no way condones the actions which lead to civilian deaths, whoever the guilty party is. What i am trying to illustrate is that there is an explanation for what is going on. There is no excuse for it but there is a reason.
