RESPONSIBILITIES.
Planning, Co-ordination and Execution of all kinds of Electrical Installations of High Rise Towers/Buildings (Power / Lighting/ MV/ Lightning Protection and Earthing), Small scale industries and Substations (indoor-outdoor).
Errection of all equipments related to substation such as Transformers,Dg, Switchgears and Control Panels.
Co-ordination and Executionof Underground Cable Pulling, Control room wiring, HT cable jointing and installation of Cable Trays.
Planning and Execute the Errection of Unitized Substations (Indoor Substations) for High Rise Towers/Buildings.
Installation of electrical equipments and panel boards.
Monitoring and control the men and material consumption.
And also check the quality of the materials received at site and approved the same.
Maintaining the necessary records at site and office.
Ensure high productivity and proper usage of assets and machinery.
Preventive maintenance scheduling and execution for all equipments.
Planning and requisition of men and material as per the work schedule.
Visual inspections, record verification and random checking to ensure the quality as in the specification, no run out from the scope, following of approved procedures.
Contact and co-ordinate with client inspectors for joint site inspections and visits.
Bid evaluations, Review of specification vis-à-vis contractors offer, Clarifications/confirmations, etc.
Preparation of contract documents.
Review of Contractor's drawing for construction and preparation of as-built.
Coordination among client/contractor/supply authorities.
Testing and commissioning assistance.
