I started my work as site supervisor for a construction company and stayed there for 1 years in india, as a site engineer then worked in dubai for 2 years as a site engineer in construction.
During my each tenure I have gained a good amount of experience which led to having a good leadership and managerial experience on how to maintain a healthy relationship between the management and the workforce, thus increasing the productivity set by the organization.
When I saw the job opening I understood this will be the perfect opportunity to expand my horizons as a person and as an employee where I will put my entire focus on the growth of the organization and as a person myself.
