Job Responsibilities:
- Taking off Quantities, BOQ Preparation & Preliminary Cost Estimates.
- Prepare IPA includes all necessary attachments such as MAR, MIR, INR & Monthly progress reports coordinating with QA/QC & Planning department.
- Prepare the measurement sheet for monthly interim payment application (IPA) to submit a Consultant.
- Preparing, negotiating and agreeing valuations, measuring subcontract works, and processing payments.
- Work with and support the Project Manager(s) on a daily basis, to ensure projects are meeting commercial and financial targets.
