I am chef Mukesh Kumar Yadav From India!
I have done Hotel Managament from IHM (India).
I have 10 years+ experiance in Hotel and Restaurant Industry. As a Head Chef I have 5years experiance in Gulf Cuntry. Mostly worked as a pre-opening restaurant &Htels and I prefer pre-opening as well.
Because I Iove to create new recipe and fusion food, Its help me to grow up my skill and new recipe.
I have good command in..... International cuisine/ continental cuisine / Indian cuisine/Mediaterian cuisine.
As a Head Chef Iworked with TABLE-10 in Doha....Dec 2018 t0 Dec 2020.
I am perfect Candidate for any pre-opening restaurant because I will give recipe /staffing/ training for staff/ suppliers manage/ full operation of Bussiness will manage from my supervision.
