Duties & Responsibilities
PUBLIC WORK DEPARTMENT (PWD)
• Responsible for making Erection & Fabrication Drawing of various Plant layouts, Buildings, Bridges, and arrange other required documents to get approval from Government of Kerala Public Work Department. • Follow the rules and regulation in Designing (EIL Standards), and any other Mechanical work as per the standards of PWD. • Getting permissions from Kannur municipality and PWD to execute the work and its inspection follow up.
• Coordinates with Client/consultants representatives for any site instructions and inspection work. • Making an inspection of works and prepares the inspection report. • Fully conversant with EIL standards.
ELEAM ENGINEERS PVT. LTD
Responsible for Preparation of various Plant Layouts & Its Structural Design Drawings like Flare Structural drawings, Trestles, pump houses, staircase, ladder, operating platforms, pipe rack, Ware houses etc.
Managing, Monitoring, translating the AS Built Drawing into Fabrication Drawing in effective way.
Responsible for detailing of structural & Technological structural drawings & Its Bill of Material.
Preparation of as Built Drawings.

Academic Projects
• CFD ANALYSIS OF COMBUSTION CHAMBER OF A JET ENGINE.
A newly designed technology used in jet engine combustion chamber to reduce the temperature inside the engine. For that we add twelve set of nozzle outside the chamber. Through that nozzle we continuously apply the coolant. First we checked the temperature inside using ANSYS software, then again we checked using twelve set of nozzle. Finally we checked the temperature using analysis (ANSYS) software and we can understand that by using nozzle the temperature is reducing inside the chamber instead of without nozzle.
• FABRICATION AND TESTING OF DOUBLE PIPE EXTERNAL FINNED TUBE, PARALLEL& COUNTER FLOW HEAT EXCHANGER.
The objective is to monitor how effectively remove the temperature from the double pipe external finned tube, parallel& counter flow heat exchanger. For that we have prepared a double pipe heat exchanger and we fixed external fins on the heat Exchanger. There are two tubes inside the chamber. We checked the temperature both counter and parallel flow, and we can understand that the temperature is most effectively removed from the Heat exchanger in the counter flow direction.
