I am a professional Trainer, and Hotelier since 1997. My passion in the field of Tourism and Hospitality has been developed since the age of 12years old. I have my own way of training and my own way of debating; how people should work to give customer satisfaction; and how organisations should work with its customer (The Employees)to develope a lasting working relationship.
