I, Mohamed Dilshan, working as a Quantity Surveyor cum Site Engineer in Qatar since 2013 till to date with 07 years of Gulf Experience and 08 years of experience in Sri Lanka I’m writing to you for the job of a Quantity Surveyor cum Site Engineer in your Highly Reputed Organization. I wish to explain my achievements till date in my long journey of professional career. I realized the importance of Quantity Surveying when I was in high school as I always interested in Quantity Surveying & Engineering. That’s the reason I chose to study Surveying and have done my Advanced Diploma in Construction as well. After having studied I decided to be in the surveying field as my interest in the subject remained the same.
I have been taking the charge while doing the following jobs.
• Analyzing cost for production and ensure it is maintained till the completion of the project.
• Procuring the raw materials is something I’ve made an effort to find out and make the most of my contacts developed during the learning and working period. I understand the importance of knowing the appropriate resources.
• I was responsible for planning the budget and the labor as well for different work.
• Being an Engineer I also led to look after the cost management and quality control.
In your organization I’m looking for similar opportunities to enhance my skills and learn further in this field.
