A graduate of Electrical Engineering, with 30 years experience in construction industry involving consultancy, planning, management, design, installation, supervision, test and commissioning of various electrical systems for commercial & industrial buildings, airport and recently rail project.
On Central Market Development , Abu Dhabi, UAE, he was involved in establishing testing and commissioning regime for the close out handover of various system particularly Fire Alarm Systems and CCTV & Access Control System and have manage engineering submittal (SAR, MAR, RFI, DAR and FCR) and have taken the lead role in the site inspections and benchmarking the installation on site. Provided workable solution on issues and conflicts between design and actual site conditions.
Member of the Technical Support Team – Dubai Metro Project- whose main responsibility is to review shop & construction drawings submitted by the contractors. Provide reply to Engineer’s Comments and resolve issues pertaining to design and actual site conditions. Coordinates revision of ISD and CSD drawings in accordance to acceptable engineering standards. Responsible for the overall design of Fire Alarm System for all stations (RL & GL ) of Dubai Metro Project. Assisted other team engineers in preparing specialized Dialux Lighting Calculations, circuiting layout for Low Voltage System.
Past experiences in the Philippines involves in the development, design, construction and commissioning of NAIA Terminal 2 Centennial Airport Development Project, various commercial and industrial establishments including Clean Rooms for electronic companies. In Saudi Arabia, where he worked as Fire and Security System Designer and Commissioning Engineer, he was responsible for the preparation of design, material take off manpower schedules work schedules and coordination with other trades. As Commissioning Engineer, I was responsible for the final testing, calibration and adjustments of equipment prior to the final handling over of the project.
