What is the procedure to obtain Saudi transit visa if I want to go to Dubai by road and its cost please.

I am having a plan to go Dubai by road so have come accross about the need of obtaining Saudi visa to get a transit to Dubai.

What is the procedure to obtain that visa and normaly how much time does it takes for.

Get a NOC (No Objection) from your sponsor/company addressed to KSA Embassy. Prepare all the documnents i.e the letter, original passport, two photographs (white background) and submit to one of the visa processing agents. Note that KSA embassy don't deal with persons directly, you have to liaise through the agents.

I know one of agents in Umm Ghawlina area near Volkwagon R/A..opposite to Al Jabri sweets, next to Fahaf Automobiles..(Merc showroom).

Also note that your profession in you Qatari ID should be engineeer, businessman , manager etc otherwise you have to produce UAE visa before applying for KSA.

The fees is Qr125-140/passport.
