A Civil Engineer Visa status can get visit visa on arrival at Dubai airport, I want to know is his wife can get visa on arrival or have to arrange before. Traveling from Doha.

They can only get it if they are accompanied by You at time of arrival in Dubai Airport.

If they go alone, then they will not get it.
