Can non-Muslim Americans travel via car through Saudi to Bahrain / UAE?
By chicago_dan •
My wife and I would like to make a few road trips outside of Qatar in February and March. I'd read a few threads here of how others have been able to snag a travel visa through Saudi to Bahrain, but I'm fairly sure they weren't American or non-muslim specific. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to do this? Any travel agencies that might be recommended for this purpose?
Thanks!
Dan
I think women should cover their hair while in KSA.
offcourse you can travel to ksa without any problem. I know one european who travelled all the way to france by road.
yes you can; there is a lot of nonmuslims actually living in Saudia Arbia; the only think is that you cant go to Makkah & Madina...
Yes, you can travel via car through ksa-bharain-uae from qatar. Just apply for the necessary Visa/s from each respective country's embassy.
Regards,
Of course you can do that. Only Makkah and Madinah is out of bound for non-muslims. But you have to take transit visa from saudi authorities in Doha. In the transit visa you can not spend more than 3 days both wasy (33 days while u enter saudi from qatar and 3 days while u enter from Bahrain)in saudi . Have a nice and happy trip.
