voluntary resignation
Good day! everyone. I need your legal advice about my voluntary resignation, and now I have a plan to resign to my job, because my job is not followed as what is my job on the contract. I arrived march 3, 2013 and i want to consume my 1 year until march 3, 2014. In my contract mentioned 30days before notice when I submit a resignation letter, and I can get any benifits to my company for 1 year in service? or they give a return flight teckit to my origin country? Thank you very much in advance...
expat79, as you claim legal advice, I would recommend you take your contract and complaint to a lawyer and they would be the best people to give you advice.
We all can give logical advise, however, there is a lot of clauses which only a legal expert can understand or read between the lines / fine print.
Just my thought.
@acchabaccha: but my contract is 2 years? how about my 21 days vacation leave? I did not used it.
If your contract is for a single year, you can resign by giving your company 30 days notice. They will be required to give you 21 days of gratuity and a one-way ticket to the destination of hire. Do keep a hard copy of your resignation letter.
