MOI Announces 03 month grace period for Residency Law Violators to exit Qatar

The Ministry of Interior has announces a 03 month grace period for individuals violating law No. (21) of 2015, which governs the entry, exit, and residence of expatriates in Qatar.

Effective from Sunday, February 09, 2025, this applies to those who have overstayed their visa or violated residency regulations. To complete departure procedures, affected individuals can visit Hamad International Airport or the Search and Follow-up Department on Salwa Road during official working hours, which is (1 pm - 9pm)
