Description
The Sales Executive of Properties is responsible driving business development efforts, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets through strategic outreach and negotiation. The selected candidate will liaise with real estate companies, hotel residences, and other stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of subscribing to Qatar Living Properties and promoting our wide range of marketing products and services. The role also includes delivering website and dashboard training to clients and presenting real estate properties to potential buyers or renters.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Proactively engage in cold calling, lead management, and scheduling client appointments.
- Arrange proposals, manage sales follow-up, and oversee account management to ensure client retention.
- Explore new business opportunities through systematic prospecting and inquiries.
Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Liaise with real estate companies and hotel residences to communicate the value of Qatar Living Properties (QLP) and other Qatar Living services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize mutual interest.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, providing them with necessary training on the platform.
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals through effective client acquisition strategies.
Account Management & Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Provide valuable market and competitor insights to the head of properties to inform business strategy.
Client Training & Real Estate Presentation:
- Deliver comprehensive training and organised training sessions on the website and client dashboards to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize QLP's website effectively.
- Present real estate properties to potential buyers or renters, highlighting key features and benefits to close deals.
Content & Social Media Contribution:
- Present QLP walkthrough videos and when necessary, support the content team with deliverables related to social media.
- Contribute to the main Qatar Living social media platforms and support content creation efforts.
Events & Exhibitions:
- Attend and actively participate in events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent QLP.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful outcomes from exhibitions and client events.
Reporting & Team Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitors' feedback, and client needs to the Line Manager.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure collective sales targets and objectives are met.
Arabic Translation:
Undertake Arabic translation for QLP, ensuring that key communications and content are accurately conveyed.
Work Environment:
- Must be comfortable attending events, exhibitions, and face-to-face client meetings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and high expectations.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related filed.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within real estate, property management, or marketing sectors.
- Experience in client acquisition and contract negotiation and strong understanding of the real estate market in Qatar.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms, property management, and client expectations in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of website management and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
