TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE & ROLES

•Operating Systems: Windows 7, Windows10 & SAP Basis S/4 HANA - MM & PM Module, MS Office, EDMS.

•Create / Display / Change: order, notification, purchase requisition, purchase order.

•Create purchase requisition with reference to quotation and uploading documents in SAP.

•Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance and planning for all equipment and vehicles.

•Handling and allotting mechanics at workshop and on-site breakdowns.

•Preparing and maintaining employee timesheet for weekly / monthly.

•Maintaining all employee personal records like id & gate pass.

•Maintaining petty cash, preparing purchase requisition & LPO.

•Maintaining all credit bills, cash bills & preparing / maintaining all expenses and service records for vehicles and equipment & maintaining all records in soft copies and hard copies.

•Tracking and maintaining the equipment location and service consolidating overall reports.

•Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.

•Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedule and monitoring field maintenance.

•Place orders/source correct or substitute parts, collecting spare parts.

•Coordination and follow up with procurement.

•Conducting toolbox meetings and observing safety implementation.

•Skilled in reviewing and preparing mechanical completion packages, dossiers & work pack.

•Gained experience on P&ID, instruments loop diagrams, logic diagram, and hook-up diagram.

•Monitor all quality related activities on the project.

•Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.

•Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
