Job Description:

The Beauty Salon Manager will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all salon operations. This includes staff management, service quality, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, inventory control, and client relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably.
2. Managing staff and their schedules - hiring, training, and evaluating salon personnel.
3. Providing exceptional leadership while fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment.
4. Ensuring high standards of service are consistently maintained and meet clients' expectations.
5. Tracking and replenishing salon inventory as needed.
6. Resolving clients' complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Developing and implementing business marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:

1. A Minimum of 3 years of salon management or similar leadership experience.
2. License/certification in cosmetology is an added advantage.
3. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
4. Proficiency in using salon management software.
5. Talent for sales strategies and marketing.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
7. Must be a team player with a passion for the beauty industry.
