Implementing the routine check the HVAC equipment like chillers, AHU, Package unit etc.. and troubleshoot the problem & repair as needed

Maintaining the records of the machine work history to repair or replace the worn parts to avoid system failure

Implementing preventive maintenance programs

Implementing the periodic maintenance by changing the oil, lubricating, changing filters and minor adjustments

Implementing shutdown maintenance programs

Implementing the service and cleaning the condenser and filters

Supervise and manage contractors to deliver quality worksDistributing the work through concern foreman

Attending weekly meetings with the client /consultant

Coordinating with Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical &Fire Fighting departments to execute the work properly

Follow up with the suppliers of equipment & materials to avoid delay in deliveries

Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports

Attending to all the faults related to HVAC units on daily basis and doing corrective maintenance. • Routine check-ups for FAHU, FCU, AHU, Package unit and split unit. • Carry out preventive maintenance scheduled by the management. • Removing blockade from the drainage pipe to prevent water leakage from the ceiling.  • Coordinating with BMS operators for any abnormality in temperature or any issue with HVAC units. Knowledge of BMS
