HH Amir Sheikh Tamim, Sheikha Jawaher attend King Charles III reception and coronation

HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar, along with HH Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani, Consort of the Amir, attended a reception ceremony at Buckingham Palace hosted by HM King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The reception was held to honor the heads of countries and governments who participated in the coronation ceremony of His Majesty on Friday evening.

During the event, the Amir and his consort congratulated King Charles III and Queen Camilla on their success and expressed their desire for further development and growth in the relations between Qatar and the United Kingdom. In response, King Charles III expressed his gratitude and appreciation towards the Amir and his consort for their mutual friendship and looked forward to strengthening the historical relations between the two countries.

The formal coronation ceremony of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla will take place on Saturday, May 6, at around 10.00 GMT at Westminster Abbey, London. The ceremony is expected to be broadcast live.
