I’m Sivaprakash Adiyapatham. I’m a UPDA Certified Mechanical Engineer. I have 6+ years experience in the operation and Maintenance and Facility Management field. Currently, I am working as a Facilities Engineer at TDGISERV Facilities LLC., Taking care of 8 Sports Venues which under Ministry of Sports and Youth (MoSY). My background includes long standing leadership roles throughout my career, identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and controls issues to ensure full 24-hour plant performances. From inspecting boilers and cooling systems to training and guiding maintenance technicians and Supervisors. I have proven success in overseeing general plant functionality, and I am committed to ensuring that facilities systems and equipment remain safe and in solid working condition.

Supervising team of up to 60 employees in performing all facets of system/equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs as a Mechanical Engineer.

Having good Experience in Chillers, AHU’s, Package Unit, Electrical panels, Plumbing system, Fire fighting system & BMS system. Documentation and preparing the weekly list of Operation and Maintenance.
