Description

·         Studying proposals, blueprints, client specifications, and related documents based on the drawings.

·         Raising RFIs to main contractor to clarify project related information.

·         Calculating all project area dimensions for drawing and layout preparation.

·         Identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

·         Preparing list for all the required materials for the project.

·         Consulting the best price for the materials with different suppliers.

·         Co-ordination & interact with planning & purchase department about raw materials & brought items.

·         Preparing BOQ by Identifying labor, material, and time requirements.

·         Computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

·         Visiting sites to gather information needed.

·         Preparing project budget in coordination with procurement, finance, and administration team.

·         Ensuring the accuracy on estimates by involving all possible related elements of the cost & time.

·         Preparation of final BOQ and get it approved by Manager.

·         Preparation of Quotation and Related documents.

·         Timely submitting the estimates as per the requirements of the Project /Client.

·         Updating project enquiry and create backup up data for future reference.

·         Collaborating with team members to ensure project completion by deadline and within budget.

·         Preparing variation report and quoting for additional work as per the site requirements.

·         Preparing and submitting daily and weekly work report to the Manager.

·         Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers and site people to get progress.

·         Preparing and submitting monthly payment applications.
